SEarch for Fringe-FindERS (for a given VLBI observation)

So far, only fringeSelect.py is commonly used by the JIVE Support Scientists to quickly search for fringe-finders for a given EVN observation. Some links and plotting utilities may fail in some systems or at some times (e.g. due to the sporadic drops in the access to the NRAO website from inside JIVE).

Tool written by Jay & Benito on hold for a long time. A major improvement and re-design was planned at the time.
